Refunds and Exchanges


We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons other than:

  • Product is Defective on Arrival
  • Product is Damaged on Arrival
  • you receive the wrong product or the product does not work as advertised.

In the case that your product is defective on arrival, damaged on arrival, does not work as advertised or or you receive the wrong item, you can return the item for a refund or exchanged.


You will also need to provide proof of purchase, and may be asked for photographic evidence before the return and repair procedure is initiated.


Product Condition

For products to be eligible for return and refund, they must be returned in the same state as received by the customer, with no signs of additional damage or signs of ware from use.  


Return and Repair under Warranty

Items stocked on our online store may include a warranty period from the manufacturer. These warranty periods will vary between products and manufacturers. If you would like to know more about the warranty of a particular product, please email


Please note that most warranty periods only cover problems that arise in a product from normal use and does not include damage to a product (accidental or otherwise), caused by mistreatment, or improper or dangerous use. We recommend visiting the website of the listed manufacturer to find out more information about a product's warranty. 


If a warranty issue arises, contact us immediately so we can best help you quickly resolve the issue. Please note that products returned under warranty, where no fault is found, may result in a charge for assessment and non-repair.

Return and Refund Process

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at, so that we can organise a pre-paid form of postage and provide instruction to send the product back for return.

Alternatively, you can return the product in person to our warehouse. You must be able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase to return an item.


Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
