Overview
The Radial ProDI is a passive direct box for connecting keyboards, bass, acoustic guitars and other instruments to a mixing desk or stage box. Its custom wound Radial transformer, with an internal MuMETAL shield, isolates the output to stop hum and buzz from ground loops, and it handles high output instruments and big transients without distortion.
There are no batteries or phantom power to worry about, so it is plug in and go. The 14 gauge steel chassis is built for life on stage floors, and the input pad, ground lift and thru jack cover most situations. The ProDI suits churches, schools, bands, venues and hire stock as an everyday DI.

Forefront Tip
If you hear a hum as soon as an instrument is plugged in, try the ground lift switch first. Use the thru jack to feed the player's amp while the XLR goes to the desk, and engage the pad for hot sources such as keyboards or active basses.
