Overview
PRIME is Allen & Heath's premium input module for the DX32. Each of the 8 XLR inputs uses a DC coupled gain stage and 32 bit, 96kHz converters, with four ADC channels summed per input for extra dynamic range and lower noise. Each channel is hand tuned for common mode rejection. It is aimed at orchestral, broadcast and high end live work.

Compatibility
Works with: Allen & Heath DX32 modular expander only (any slot). The DX32 then connects to dLive, Avantis, SQ/SQ+, Qu-5/6/7 (96kHz Qu only), AHM, a DX Hub or a GX4816 DX port. SQ requires firmware V1.4 or later for DX32.

Forefront Tip
PRIME and standard modules can share a DX32 frame, so a common approach is PRIME for vocals and acoustic instruments and standard AIN modules for drums and line sources.
