Fix your stage light with one complete front wash kit built around CKC Lighting Studio Fresnels. Choose how far your lighting bar is from the front edge of your stage and how wide your stage is, and the kit is matched for you: the Studio Fresnel 180TW for bars up to 8 m away, or the more powerful Studio Fresnel 350TW for bars more than 8 m away.
Fresnels are purpose built to make people look good, with a soft edged beam and full tunable white, so you can dial in warm stage tones or a cooler, camera friendly white.
Shipping: The 5 and 7 fresnel kits ship on a pallet. Shipping for these large items will be quoted and is not included in the price.
How to measure
Measure from the front edge of your stage, at stage height, to your lighting bar. A laser measure makes this easy: stand at the front edge of the stage, hold it at stage floor height and aim it at the bar. If you are close to a cut off, go with the larger option.
How to choose your kit
- Up to 8 m from the front edge of the stage to the bar: Studio Fresnel 180TW
- More than 8 m from the front edge of the stage to the bar: Studio Fresnel 350TW
- Stage up to 6 m wide: 3 fresnels
- Stage 6 to 10 m wide: 5 fresnels
- Stage 10 to 14 m wide: 7 fresnels
We allow one fresnel for every 2 m of stage width and always use an odd number, so there is a fixture in the centre of the bar that doubles as a special for a presenter, MC or worship leader. Overlap each beam with its neighbour by around 20 to 30 percent so there are no hot spots as people move across the stage. Stage wider than 14 m? Talk to us and we will size it for you.

Forefront Tip
Position the bar so the light hits the stage at roughly 45 degrees. Too low and you blind the people on stage, too high and you get dark shadows in the eye sockets and under the chin. Having enough fixtures means you are not running them flat out, which leaves headroom when the camera or livestream team asks for more light. Power cabling is not included, so talk to us about the best power solution for your bar.
