Overview
The LSC NEXEN S2 is a two port Ethernet to DMX/RDM gateway built into a rugged metal panel that fits Australian spec stage boxes. It converts Art-Net, sACN and ArtRDM, has full isolation on each port, and a colour LCD touchscreen on the panel shows setup and status. The network connects on an RJ45 at the rear and the unit runs from PoE.
Choose the Input version with male XLR5 connectors for console and control positions, or the Output version with female XLR5 connectors for feeding fixtures. Either way, each port can still be set as an input or output in software. It suits theatres, school halls, churches and venues that want DMX available at every stage box.

Forefront Tip
Fit an Output S2 in each stage box around the stage and an Input S2 at the control position, and the whole venue's DMX runs over the existing network cabling. Since every port can be reassigned in software, the gender of the XLRs is the only real difference, so order to suit what you plug in most.
