Overview
The NEXO P12 is a compact point source speaker with a 12 inch neodymium LF driver and a 3 inch HF driver in a coaxial layout, so the sound is coherent at every listening distance. A recessed rear switch changes it between 2 way passive and 2 way active, with up to 140 dB peak in active mode. HF coverage can be set to 60° x 60°, 90° x 40° or an asymmetrical pattern with interchangeable flanges, so it can be matched to the room.
The curved Baltic birch and poplar plywood cabinet can stand upright on a pole or lie on its side as a wedge, with threaded inserts on the back and sides for mounting accessories. The Touring version has handles with NL4 connectors built in and a steel grille, and Installation versions come in custom RAL colours with an IP54 rating. The P12 suits churches, theatres, function centres, bands and hire companies as a main speaker or a powerful wedge, and it pairs with the matching L15 sub.

Forefront Tip
Choose the HF flange for the room, not the speaker. In wide, shallow rooms the 90° x 40° flange spreads the sound across the seats while keeping it off the ceiling, and the 60° x 60° flange suits longer, narrower rooms. Fly a P12 over an L15 and they share the same footprint, which keeps the rigging neat.
