Overview
The NEXO P8 is a compact point source speaker with an 8 inch neodymium LF driver and a 1.5 inch HF driver in a coaxial layout, so the sound is coherent at every listening distance. It is passive only and reaches 129 dB peak from a 12 kg cabinet, with wide 100° x 100° coverage that can be changed to 110° x 60° with an optional horn.
The curved Baltic birch and poplar plywood cabinet can stand upright on a pole or lie on its side as a wedge, with threaded inserts on the back and sides for mounting accessories. The Touring version has handles with NL4 connectors built in and a steel grille, and Installation versions come in custom RAL colours with an IP54 rating. The P8 suits churches, schools, function rooms and corporate AV as a main speaker for small rooms, a fill or delay speaker, or a discreet wedge.

Forefront Tip
P8s make excellent under balcony or delay fills because the coaxial driver sounds the same up close as it does at a distance. Run them from an NXAMP4x1mk2 with the NEXO preset and use the amp's delay to time them back to the main speakers.
