Overview
The MMD 945 is the dynamic supercardioid capsule from the e 945 vocal mic, made for Sennheiser handheld transmitters. Its tight pick-up pattern and uniform on and off-axis response give strong feedback rejection, which helps on loud stages with wedges and in rooms where the vocal mic sits close to the PA. It suits lead vocalists, worship leaders and touring acts.

Forefront Tip
A supercardioid has a small rear lobe, so place wedges slightly off the back of the mic, at roughly 45 degrees either side, rather than directly behind it. Swap capsules with the transmitter switched off.
