Overview
The Quest QXD-5KD is the Dante and AES67 version of the QXD-5K, a 2RU four channel Class-D amplifier with 4 x 750 W into 4 ohm or 4 x 400 W into 8 ohm. It bridges to 2 x 2500 W at 4 ohm or 2 x 1500 W on 100V lines, with Neutrik speakON outputs and powerCON mains.
Four Dante inputs sit alongside the four analogue inputs, so audio can arrive straight from a Dante console or DSP. Onboard 32-bit/96 kHz DSP handles filtering, limiting, delay and the Quest speaker library. It suits larger churches and auditoriums, school performing arts centres, sports halls and live music venues.

Forefront Tip
With Dante feeding the amp, run the mains and subs as separate Dante channels from the console or DSP so you can adjust the sub level without touching the amp. Keep an analogue feed patched as a fallback. For analogue only sites, the QXD-5K is the same amplifier without network audio.
