Overview
The IP1 is a single gang wall controller for giving users simple, safe control of an Allen & Heath system: zone volume, source selection or preset recall from one push and turn encoder, with a colour LCD showing what is being controlled. It is the right fit for meeting rooms, bars, function areas and church foyers where staff need a volume knob, not a mixer.
It runs over standard TCP/IP from PoE (802.3af or 802.3at) and draws only 2.5W, so a single network cable does the job. The IP1 matches its firmware to the system automatically, and the number of IP controllers per system depends on the mixer (see Compatibility). Available in black or white, it fits MK Elements or Decora style faceplates (faceplate not included).

Forefront Tip
Check the wall box before you order. The EU/UK version suits a BS 4662 or DIN 49073 box with an MK Elements style plate; Australian wall plates are not a direct fit, so plan an adaptor plate or a UK style box at the rough-in stage.
