Overview
The M-DL-WAVES3-A is the Waves V3 SoundGrid card for dLive and Avantis, with 128 bidirectional channels at 48 or 96 kHz. Use it to run Waves plug-ins on a computer or SoundGrid server, and for multitrack recording and playback of up to 128 tracks at 96 kHz over one Ethernet cable.
A built in three port Ethernet switch means you can connect a server, a host computer and a recording machine without a separate switch. It also supports input sharing with other Waves V2 and V3 cards.

Compatibility
Works with: dLive MixRacks (CDM32, CDM48, CDM64 with 1 I/O port; DM0, DM32, DM48, DM64 with 3 I/O ports), dLive surfaces (C1500, C2500, C3500 with 1 port; S3000, S5000, S7000 with 2 ports) and Avantis, Avantis Solo and the U versions (2 option slots).

Forefront Tip
For plug-in inserts on stage, run the SoundGrid server on the shortest cable you can and keep the network to Waves devices only. A UPS on the server and host computer saves a lot of grief.
