Overview
The DX Hub is a half width, 1U box that turns one Cat5e trunk from the mixer into four DX ports, each carrying 32 x 32 channels at 96kHz. Each port takes up to two DX168, DX164-W, DX88-P or DX012 expanders, or one DX32, so a single hub can run up to 8 expanders: as much as 128 remote inputs and 64 outputs from one cable back to FOH.
On SQ, Qu, AHM and Avantis it connects to the SLink port. On dLive and Avantis it can also run from a gigaACE I/O module. Fit two hubs to a dLive system and you get dual cable redundancy for up to four expanders. Total reach is up to 300 m from mixer to the furthest expander.

Compatibility
Works with: Allen & Heath mixers via SLink or a gigaACE I/O card. Each of the 4 DX ports carries 32 x 32 at 96kHz and takes 1 DX32 or up to 2 DX168, DX164-W, DX012 or DX88-P expanders.
- Avantis and Avantis Solo: SLink, or a gigaACE card (M-DL-GACE-A), up to 3 hubs
- dLive: one gigaACE card (M-DL-GACE-A) per unit, in any free I/O port of the MixRack (3 on DM0, DM48, DM64; 1 on CDM48, CDM64) or Surface (2 on S Class, 1 on C Class). Needs dLive firmware V1.6 or later. A pair of hubs gives dual cable redundancy
- SQ-5, SQ-6, SQ-7, SQ5+, SQ6+, SQ7+, SQ-Rack: SLink, or the I/O port with an SLink card (M-SQ-SLINK-A), up to 2 hubs. Needs SQ firmware V1.2 or later

The hub is the neat way to cover a big stage: drop it at the stage end of a single trunk and run short Cat5e tails to DX168s at each riser. Order the FULLU-RK19 kit to rack two hubs, or a hub and a GPIO, in 1U.
